I know its friday and we all want to think happy and fun thoughts and get ready for the weekend, but this is important. I heard this on the radio this morning... Some of you now Masha, others heard of her. She was in a car accident a few years ago and she is in a wheelchair, paralyzed from chest down. After some rehab time she got back to high school and caught up with her classes, but what she wanted was to WALK across the stage for her graduation this past May. She spent a lot of time learnign how to walk on leg bracesm, but few hours before graduation her principal told her she can't do it because its too much liability and because it would take her a long time to do that (10 min across the stage). She wasn't too happy about that. To make a long story short, this radio station, Q100, is going to do their own graduation for Masha so she can walk. Phillips arena offred the place for graduation, now they need people, lots of people. So, I think it would be a really good idea to go, to support her. It takes a lot of willpower and determination to do what she did. The event is next wednesday, 7:30. The doors are open to general public at 6:30. I am definitely going! There is going to be a lot of people there, all TV and radio stations, even NTV. It might be a good idea to meet somewhere, Phillips Arena is huge. ~~I have to believe that sin can make a better man.~~

According to Q100, who is organizing the event, there will be speeches, diploma presentation and all the graduation stuff, just like a regular ceremony. If anyone wants to meet, we can do so by the Center Club, where the club seats are and suites. I can't think of any other easy-to-find location. Or you can PM me, and we can work out a meeting place. ~~I have to believe that sin can make a better man.~~
