* 10 years minimum of accounting experience, at least four years in private industry as a Controller, or other high level finance or audit management role. (negotiable  for qualified candidate)
* Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, regulations and procedures. 
* Must have knowledge of foreign currency transactions, translations and hedging alternatives; experience with international transactions. 
* Strong evaluation skills for financial and operational risk and control. 
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Russian required. 
* International travel will be required. 
* Location: Atlanta; Salary - $120-140K + bonus.
